Music & Movement (ages 3-5)

Service Description

This all-ages mindful movement to music class supports mobility, body awareness, and mental well-being through gentle, accessible movement. By focusing on rhythm, breath, and self-paced exploration, participants improve range of motion while reducing stress and building a calm, connected relationship with their bodies. Taught by Music Education Specialist Caryn Brokaw, this class is perfect for young children, including those with neurodivergence or special needs. This is a 4-week activity beginning January 22nd.
