2. "Seven Chances" will hold auditions January 21 and 24.

  • The Show will perform May 8-30, 2026.

  • It's a hilarious comedy about a young man in the early 1900's who never wants to get married. That is, until he finds out he can inherit millions -- if he can get married right away.

  • We'll need teens, young adults, and a few older adults for this show.  Actors should be ready for a cold reading from the script.

3. We will be having auditions for "Into the Woods" this spring,

  • The show performs throughout August 2026.

  • Rehearsals are currently planned to be in the afternoons.

  • Actors should plan a 90-second audition song, and also a 90-second monologue.  The ability to "speak on pitch" Sondheim-style is a bonus.

  • Audition dates are TBA, but actors can get familiar with the show now.  The show was broadcast on PBS years ago, and it's a great way to get to know the show.  Click here to see the show: https://youtu.be/kqCsQCsinK4?si=AV4WFAKFowuM41NZ

  • Competition will be stiff for roles in this show.  We hope all of the actors will prepare to knock our socks off!

  • More audition details and signups will be offered when we get them.

4, In May we will have auditions for an exciting new show called "The North Platte Canteen: A Musical Miracle".

  • The show will perform Sept 25 - Oct. 10, 2025.

  • It's a gorgeous, fun new musical set in WW2.  It's a true story about a town that rallied around the troops and made a big difference on soldier morale during the war.  It will have lots of teenagers and swing dancing and gorgeous songs.  We plan to perform at Olympic College Theatre.

  • Actors should plan to show they can sing and act, and swing dancing skills are a big bonus.

  • More audition details and signups will be offered when we get them.
